Lower Level Meeting Room This is a comfortable place to meet and hold other public events. Public funded agencies and not-for-profit enterprises may schedule the Lower Level Room for a meeting or other activity for their groups. All meetings must be held between 8:00 AM and 8:45 PM, Monday through Thursday, between 10:00 AM and 4:45 PM on Friday and Saturday, and between 1:00 PM and 4:45 PM on Sunday. |
| The room will seat up to 150 people. It is equipped with chairs, tables, a podium, a small stage, a coffee nook for refreshments, and a sound system. | |
| Room use fee is $20 per day with a $50 deposit if food is being served. An additional $40 fee will be charged if participants are charged to attend the meeting or event. | |
| Call the library (620-792-2409) if you want to reserve the Lower Level Meeting Room. You will be asked fill out a reservation form and get a copy of the rules for using the room. | |
