Art Gallery/Meetiong Room    The room on the main floor doubles as an art gallery and a meeting room. It can be used for meetings if no art showings are scheduled in the room. Individuals may schedule an exhibit or display by contacting Terri Hurley or calling 620-792-2409.

Lower Level Meeting Room
This is a comfortable place to meet and hold other public events. Public funded agencies and not-for-profit enterprises may schedule the Lower Level Room for a meeting or other activity for their groups. All meetings must be held between 8:00 AM and 8:45 PM, Monday through Thursday, between 10:00 AM and 4:45 PM on Friday and Saturday, and between 1:00 PM and 4:45 PM on Sunday.

The room will seat up to 150 people. It is equipped with chairs, tables, a podium, a small stage, a coffee nook for refreshments, and a sound system.

Room use fee is $20 per day with a $50 deposit if food is being served. An additional $40 fee will be charged if participants are charged to attend the meeting or event.

Call the library (620-792-2409) if you want to reserve the Lower Level Meeting Room. You will be asked fill out a reservation form and get a copy of the rules for using the room.
