Harry Willems, CKLS administrator, is currently participating in Bike Across Kansas.  Riders cycle from Tribune to La Cynge from June 4-11, 2011, with overnights in Tribune, Scott City, Ness City, Hoisington, McPherson, Cottonwood Falls, Burlington, and Garnett. Cyclists camp out in tents along the way, enjoy the sights, and ride at their own pace.  Great Bend Public Library and CKLS employees treated Harry and other cyclists to a tasty potluck luncheon when they overnighted in Hoisington.
