Members of the CKLS Executive Committee are elected from among the members of the CKLS Board each year at the Spring Assembly. The full board consists of one representative from each participating library and one rural resident from each county appointed by the Governor. Members of the Executive Committee serve staggered three-year terms. Members have the option to run for a second three-year term.
